      Hybrid working conditions and short working hours. Good learning places. Work life balance

      Cons

      Staff deserved for a reasonable salary for their work performance. Unfair treatment for non- Japanese staff. Provide a high salary to Japanese staff with no work contribution at all. Low increment wage and no AWS.
