Primary cons are that management is hypocritical, and certain employees or departments receive blatant favoritism. Constructive criticism is not received well by leadership. Despite stating they don’t tolerate retaliation against employees, they will take advantage of the at will employment laws in Iowa. Employees have been terminated for raising concerns about management showing unintentional favoritism, under the guise of internal complaints. Leadership even said the termination was “kind of good timing.”
