Thought leaders, experts in the industry, huge portfolio of product to source from MillerKnoll. The blending of two iconic companies Herman Miller and Knoll. Wonderful staff, great culture! Merged with another company Saxton, which has many of the same clients and it makes it easier for clients since they are a one stop shop. Managers are very supportive to employees and everyone has a shared goal to better the clients experience! Pigott offers amazing services, product solutions, and support to clients! A fun environment to work in, you will never stop learning in your position. They also tend to promote within, so room for growth opportunities within the company. You will love working here! They are very flexible with where you work, Hybrid work model.
Cons
Merger was hard at first for previous Saxton employees, but has become a very positive experience as staff has integrated with Pigott staff and learned new roles and processes.
