      Put the employees at the front. encourage innovation. A lot of creativity and room for self expression.

      Cons

      Hard to find parking near by, though easy to get to with public transportation.

      Pikoya is a small and intimate company, They put HR at the front, making sure that the employee are well taken care of. There is also a firm base for surfacing optimization and improvement suggenstions.

      Cons

      Lack of innovation and promotions. Lack of intengible and concrete, benefitiary product.
