What I really appreciate is that no matter your designation, you’re treated with respect. Seniors and even the founders are humble and approachable, which makes a big difference for someone who is new or still learning. If you lack knowledge in any area, people are patient and explain things properly without making you feel uncomfortable or judged. The company culture is warm and inclusive—we celebrate festivals like Diwali, Holi, Valentine’s Day, Children’s Day, Republic Day, and Independence Day, and small gestures like gifts and treats make employees feel valued. Overall, it’s a good place to work if you’re looking for a respectful, positive work culture and a supportive team.
