Pros
Incredibly friendly team, nice diversity in projects, brilliant management team and directors who are easy to speak to, well managed projects, very understanding when it comes to mental health and personal problems. Honestly a really, really lovely place to work.
Cons
The only thing I would say is there's limited time for dedicated skill development, but that's only because there's a good volume of work all the time. You can often learn something on a project or learn outside of work and present it to be used if you feel it'd be a good fit for a project
