      Growing company, needs to catch up

      Pros

      Lots of work to go around. Family atmosphere, proud of its strong culturem Big growth plans for the immediate future.

      Cons

      Systems need to be fixed, esp the most basic ones. Benefits way behind other companies. Politics. A bit clannish, new employees might find it tough to adjust. Decisions are made based on what management wants, with little consideration for its impact on employees.

      Lots of hardworking, committed colleagues.

      Cons

      Well meaning programs but basics are missing. Benefits need updating. Salaries are low. New employee orientation and on boarding process is not organized. Work prioritization is hard to do because everything is urgent.
