No harsh structure. No dress code.
Cons
Horrible management, and the lack of structure has an effect of environment and productivity. Extremely disorganized. Overworked and underpaid. Hostile environment facilitated by not only management but also peers — segregation is practiced and there is no sense of “team”. Small office that feels like a dungeon. Benefits are not career-worthy.
