*Toxic environment *The company runs from a small apartment consisting of 2 people who advertise the company as some kind of a mid-sized company and brag about how everyone is in need of working with them *You never get to have a work-life balance as they will give you tasks after work that take 5-6 hours *Hires only freshers as they will accept the terrible conditions and rules they will set *Literally consumes your energy and puts you in the worst psychology state *The employee turnover is CRAZY in this company, especially for people who go there for 2-3 days without announcing it on LinkedIn
