Pros
Clean facility, adequate parking, no pressure to advance your career or excel in anything you do, supervision can be paid for with labor hours, nursing staff is competent, director of clinical services does not expect much from staff.
Cons
Social services team is cliquey and unprofessional. I left less than a year in because of unprofessionalism.

The coworkers are the only pro.
Cons
Everything has changed from when I was first hired. All of it for company profit at the expense of their employees and patients. Would not recommend unless you enjoy having the rug pulled out from underneath you constantly.
