Pros
Pink parlour gave me a lot of opportunity,they help me to improve my self confidence and they believe my capabilities to handle the store and the costumer.they always there to guide all the needs of the staff.
Cons
In terms of salary, they only give increase when we renew the contract,and dont have 13th month pay

My salary increase every year and it fits my efforts.
Cons
Lack of meetings with management, and the hygiene facility to provide for clients, need a cabinet to keep all clean towers and tables for clients to put bags or belonging, will make the shop more caring for clients
