Pros

You meet a lot of nice people as far as clients go, and can make friends with the other cleaners.

Cons

Compensation is poor. Management is terrible about it you’ll get fired as soon as you start asking about your pay. You also don’t get actual pay stubs and they are likely shorting you on money. Pay is also “merit based” and Tara can take it away from you whenever she pleases.

Pros

Good clients, employers care about their children

Cons

Breaks laws in treatment of employees, wages change daily, emotionally charged as to having good or bad days in how employees are treated, employees can do nothing right, wants to know how you spend your money and financially coach employees, has made employees wear cameras in clients homes without their permission. Will not meet you halfway when a family emergency happens and still wants you to work even with a death in the family.

Pros

They provide a car for you. They are nice in the beginning

Cons

You aren’t given enough time to clean certain houses correctly. I would be given two hours to clean a house but it actually needed 3 and would find out that the last couple of times they sent 2 girls for 2 1/2 hours yet expected me (1 person) to get it done right in less time. That happened more than once.
