I found it really easy to communicate my needs and felt very heard. I'm very happy with where I am and got placed into a school very quickly.
Cons
a friend of mine really hated how she was treated by them and felt ignored. I also feel like it was quite easy to get the job which led to a mixed bag of people who work for them.
