      Pros

      Great place to work as they truly value each employee. The long term tenure of over 10 years proves that out. Great integrity as they treat their employees and Clients with great respect.

      Cons

      None. Construction is a very tough and risky industry and Pinkard does its best to not overload their employees so that they can bring thier creative best to work everyday.

      Pay Benefits HR Some of the team members were really, really great

      Cons

      Really weird dictator style mentality. Limited one on one training. Expected to know everything right off the bat. Also, a lot of hushed discussions behind closed doors. People sort of fear speaking up and standing up for themselves or asking for what they need. If you want to feel like you are back in high school, by all means go work for the company where the "mean girls" make all the rules. Their diversity and inclusion is sort of a joke.

      Amazing work staff everyone is like a family. You always see a smiling face on all the jobsites

      There are absolutely no cons for working at Pinkard they care about each and everyone of their employees they actually take the time to know your name
