Pros
Start up company so at the initial stage helped company to set up systems in place. Dealt with all vendors for AMC, Car rental agreements, negotiation with all 5 star hotels, etc. Learnt a lot in this company, a completely different experience. Freedom to take independent decisions Time Flexibility Boss is good, working from 10 yrs. till date
Cons
Start up company running on venture capital. Due to the above, though the technology is too good, do not know how far it will go.

Pros
Good pay, good benefits, and a whip-smart team that is extremely capable. Catered lunches and a stocked kitchen go a long way toward making sure employees are satisfied in their day-to-day. Work-life balance is great until times get tough, then it's time to buckle down. But, hey, you wanted to work for a startup, didn't you?
Cons
If you're not a go-getter and up for actively pursuing professional development, it's possible that you'll stagnate.
