Considering this company is 'not for profit' organisation they sure do throw alot of social functions and spend extravagant amounts on work lunches and catering. I also have to mention the CEO John Macaskill-Smith is an incredibly down to earth man.
Cons
Sporting huge turnover rates its obvious that staff feel undervalued. Not much room for career advancement or wage/salary increases despite taking on bigger work loads. Instead of paying staff adequately they allocate money into work perks. Planning and management processes lack substance and there is no real systematic approach. I have defiantly noticed favoritism and alot of negativity within the working environment (this very well might not reflect other departments)
