they work people like a dog, then once you helped them to get through tough times, they just fire you without cause. I have seen 3+ employee in this department getting let go for no reason in a year! They say they value employees, they say they are open to feedback, ALL LIES! if you say something they don't like, they will plan your ways out the door. no matter how hard you work or what you have done for them. the rest of the people just keep quitting or going on stress leave. the HR department is also of no help, they just partner up with senior management to fire people without cause and deal with lawsuits afterwards.
