Pros

The pros are the flexibility in your time. Since most people bill units, you can quickly reach your unit goal for the day and be done.

Cons

There is zero training, little support, and little regard for the employees. Employees are expected to bill for any little thing that they do for clients, which borders unethical in my opinion. Supervisors are supportive but also overworked. Would not recommend Pinnacle to anyone. PTO is essentially NOT PTO as you are expected to work extra to fit in the units that you would have missed on PTO, cramping your time before and after vacations.
