      Pros

      Benefits are alright. Wearing many hats so can grow your skills if you are a fast learner.

      Cons

      Sky High expectations. Leadership makes poor decisions with bad reasons. Meaning extra unplanned work and poor WLB. No one will speak to you plainly always a hidden agenda. Coworkers will put the bare minimum to help others if it doesn't help them. They all think their documentation is all you need.
