      Pros

      Management has improved significantly with new Executive leadership. This includes the new CTO and CPO. Company is trending to make great breakthrough. Great work-life balance: each person works in their timezone.

      Cons

      It's a bit too early on the back office process for still being a startup.

      Pros

      The people at Pipe are some of the best I have ever worked alongside. They are incredibly talented at their craft and genuinely wonderful people. Everyone has this eagerness to take the company to the next level and continue improving our products and services. This makes the culture engaging and exciting to be apart of. It feels like we’re in it together as one team; during the highs, the lows and the in-betweens.

      Cons

      New executive team that is a bit more corporate as they come from larger companies. But they are trying their best to find the right balance of our small team culture and implementing the necessary structures that we need to evolve.
