Pros
None, actually internal decor is nice
Cons
Place is really horrible to work at, firstly management really don’t care about you, they scare you all the time if you don’t do this or that it will be deducted from your salary etc. If for example you have doctors appointment and you need to leave hour or two before it will definitely be deducted from your salary. Working hours are so long from 8am-6pm so you will definitely have to leave sometime earlier to get to your appointment. They give you 3 sick days only. And even that they will try to deduct from your salary therefore always check your payslips. Working atmosphere is scary there is fear everywhere and there are rules about everything because there is so called Pippa Popins way about everything. Some rules overruled themselves... so contradictory and absolute nonsense. There are some nice people (teachers) there but usually there is so much gossiping and if you are a new you should know which side to take... which is another non sense. Management is desperate for employees so they hire whoever really comes their way. So unfortunately many teachers in Pippa Popins are highly unprofessional and sadly so rude to children which broke my heart. Teachers usually come to work for Pippa Popins for maximum a year to get reference and experience as apparently it’s “good” school for reference and then leave. Only few are staying for longer time as they don’t have other choices. Employees turnover is so high. In one year during one term out of 19 teachers 11 left....so you do the math what does it say about that place. Cameras are everywhere and they are literally watching you to tell you off every time they feel like it. If you are really desperate and you have no other place to go then yes go and work for Pippa Popins you will learn a lot about how things shouldn’t be done. Or if you like hardcore regime with no empathy then that’s good place to be. Another thing that bothered me a lot is that they really don’t care about children, they absolutely do care about the money these parents pay so they definitely learn to pretend to care.
