      You can learn how to give false promises to motivate your employees

      Cons

      Where do I even begin? From not paying on time to missing out on payments to late night calls and extreme micromanagement + high pressure of sales Pitchground = burnout CEO says "i worked with COVID, you guys are lazy" and is a control freak.

      - Awesome work timings - No pressure - Helpful and friendly people

      - not any - in rare times timezone thing comes, but still minor issue cant be even counted because its a remote employement ofcourse
