It is good to be the part of very talented team. Team members are very good in terms knowledge sharing. Management is good and employee friendly.

Pixcellence has been very supportive with its employees in terms of work flexibility, esp during this pandemic. Inspite of difficult times, the company made sure that we all get our due hikes and performance incentives, where other companies were giving pink slips and had paycuts. The work and workplace too is great.
Cons
Inspite of being making end to end products with more than 60+ patents and working with market leaders, the company has been in low profile in terms of media presence.
