The employees in general are amazing. The work from home is great too.
Cons
The owners were so frustrating to work with that they lost an entire executive team in just one year. Each individual went on to succeed in good roles in more established companies. They expected huge amounts of overtime and micromanaged constantly. They threw a tantrum when we requested the chance to give our teams the Friday after Thanksgiving off. This came on the heels of weeks of essentially mandatory overtime,
