      -Decent projects to work on

      Cons

      -Red flags from the beginning -Severally underpaid -You are basically tossed to the side if you don't keep up with their pace -You are ignored for days when you need answers -So much disrespect from the higher ups, and management -Toxic behavior and language in upper management -Guaranteed burn out
