      No guide, no mentor, so you have lots of opportunities to learn lots of things by yourself, and opportunities to work on multiple projects from different areas. All devs are Chinese/Mandarin speakers, good for you if your English is not good enough, however, not good for your future. The employees are friendly. Working experience accumulation/
