      may be fine to freshers, not preferable to experienced candidates.

      Cons

      no organisation standards, more than 9 hours have to work, doesn't give value to personal life

      None works with company no good no one cares management listens only to some employees no moral values in the company

      Cons

      Employers need to take care of employees.needs to work on getting projects at fast pace with competitive prices .no facilities
