Pros
It's a pretty fast paced company with a lot to learn and experience. But this also means that if you're not able to put in the work and effort, you will get lost quickly. As long as you put in the time to learn about the products, the process, and overall business priorities, you will be in good hands. The people I've worked with have been extremely intelligent, talented, and kind.

You get employee discount for Pixio products.
Cons
Limited growth opportunities and a lack of organization within the company. The final straw for me was being required to come into the office during the large LA wildfires, which felt unsafe and poorly managed.
