Cons
No official, substantial training of booking system, leading to many errors. No official training for lighting and grip equipment to those unfamiliar with kit. Antisocial working hours, There’s no incentive to give overtime during late shifts. There is next to no respect or acknowledgement of the hard work work you've given. Best you can ask for is a 1000mile stare. There’s a high turn over rate of staff for a reason, be warned. There’s no incentive for lighting technicians with industry experience to work here.
