Pros

Coffee is warm and free

Cons

Coffee Machine doesn't work half the time. HR is not trained, managed or legally correct. Management is built on zero accountability and no credibility. They will promote entry level artists to senior positions with zero training or pay raise. Coordination is rude to artists, and clients and their own team. Artists are encouraged to use their own equipment, and the company will not provide them with any necessary upgrades as it costs money. Artists are treated like they should be happy to work where they are and are discouraged if they are thinking about leaving. Contracts do not matter. Investment does not exist in what the company does, only in higher up personal interests.

Pros

S'mores (DOG) R8 and donuts

Cons

Working at Pixomondo was one of my worst experiences in my entire career. From the facility, to the people and to the so called "Pipeline". Everything at the studio in Toronto was a mess. The building was so dirty and the people had no idea how to speak to each other. Leads were vulgar and demeaning. People were just horrendous. The only thing going for them in Toronto is Star Trek, if it wasn't for that project they would shut down.

Pros

-Big projects -Artists are amazing as always -Leads are very hard working and highly skilled.

Cons

9am to 4am became a new normal pretty quickly. Managers and producers are rude. Supervisors and managers and hr are all in a clique and behave accordingly in business as well as socially. Terrible location, just one giant parking lot with no place to go unless you want to waste half your lunch getting there. Very depressing place.
