      Pros

      Loved my co-workers, but we had and still are going through a rough patch with managers. You can tell them problems of what is going on in your life or in the situation, but they do not listen

      Cons

      Not many incentives. Shifts were 8+ hrs, favoritism even though they say that it is an equal company, do not listen to employee's complaints, and never noticed when others were doing wrong.

      Pros

      Japanese parent company is successful and progressive (for Japan).

      Cons

      US corporate team is painfully incompetent. Worst leadership I have ever encountered. Truly terrible and it is a shame because the Japanese company has good people and good spirit. It's almost like a long con - these guys are getting paid for doing awful work and not being held accountable.
