No pros for working for them as they discrimantion againt employees is very bad and there communication is very poor. Not a company I would ever work for again.

There is a clear team ethos, with individuals working collectively to achieve shared goals. . Planet IT’s culture is a particular strength. The company consistently demonstrates their values through their work ethic and the way employees are respected and supported.
