Innovation is cost cutting yourself out of a job

They take a lot of junior professionals fresh out of university and give them opportunities to gain experience. Fairly free office space. Well-furnished and supplied common areas to use and great diversity and inclusivity. Middle management are generally trying to make things work with too little material to work with. They are friendly enough.
Cons
If you join Planet Innovation, join the design team. This company is a combination design house and contract manufacturer who uses their combination of business modes to advertise to their clients through the offers of a lower price and closer contact between design and manufacturing of products. Incompetent senior management promise excessively to tempt in clients for an insufficient investment. The projects that result have insufficient funding, and so have not enough manpower to complete deliverables in too short a timeframe. Finally, the projects managers never consider post-delivery upkeep and maintenance of marketable product deliverables such as warranty repair and replacement. You are left managing inferior designs by kids fresh out of university who don't have the funding or time to produce legible technical drawings. TL;DR Bad project management at the highest levels result in inferior products, subpar drawings and excess stress and unpaid overtime if you care about your work. If you want career progress in a professional manner doing work of a global standard, find another company.
