Pros
The leadership takes new agents success personal. I’ve been able to get insight and mentorship from 7 figure earners who started in the same exact position I did. It’s a relief seeing multiple people achexive the goals that I have for myself and also being told exactly how to do it. Leadership is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in sales position
Cons
dealing with rejection from prospects from time to time is challenging for some people but it’s just part of the business. I can’t think of any other major cons

This was the best decision I ever made for myself and my family. Planright has all the support and training you will ever need. The culture is one of helping others!! Not to mention I am making more money than any other career I have ever worked. There is no limit to the amount of money you can make here. It is very real!!! This will be the last career I ever have. The best part is we genuinely help put our clients in better positions every day financially while protecting their families!
Cons
There really are no cons! If you’re looking for a new opportunity to make 6 figures plus in year one with no experience. There is no other opportunity out there that even comes close. Take a chance on yourself!!
