      Good place to learn about plantcare

      Pros

      Hort techs get to operate independently and set their own schedule. They're given good training material and a mentor. It's a fun, easy job that keeps me active and moving. Love working with plants.

      Cons

      Have to drive your own car. Pay can be low, but they increase employees after 60 days. Provided uniforms.

      Management is despicable and money hungry. They enjoy trips overseas while not even providing you with the basic tools to do your job correctly.
