      Pros

      Hort techs get to operate independently and set their own schedule. They're given good training material and a mentor. It's a fun, easy job that keeps me active and moving. Love working with plants.

      Cons

      Have to drive your own car. Pay can be low, but they increase employees after 60 days. Provided uniforms.

      Planterra allowed me to further my career and learn how to communicate with folks across all levels of the organization. The leadership team is truly inspiring and brings such passion to the workplace each day.

      Working across the organization in different departments can be a bit confusing at first.
