      No pros - for sure!

      Cons

      CEO is schizophrenic - absolutely out of order with his mind! He is just trying to show the world that he is busy with work - but actually he is just smoking and drinking all day with no work! He doesn't know what he wants to develop and sell. Just harassing people, abusing them with bad words (even in presence of female employees) and fooling the investors! There is no work at the company thats going to help anyone's career growth.

      Salary structure is ok for freshers. Caring for your food.

      Cons

      Worst place to work. rate of firing is approx 100%. They can confuse you related to your work. They don't know exactly what they are doing.itsa struggling company.In asingle building more than 2 companies are running with one TL.

      Don't expect to be paid at Plash Media!

      Pros

      -Consistent work flow -Work environment is okay. The editors expect quality work and assign articles regularly. It is okay as a temporary gig.

      Cons

      -They don't pay on time, and more often than not, don't pay at all! I worked as a freelance writer for Plash and they owe me in excess of 50k INR, three months of pay. The accounts manager (who is also a co-founder), stopped taking calls, messages and went off the radar completely. Never paid me back! - The organisation is shabby and unorganized. --Accounts dept is a complete mess. Don't expect to get paychecks on time, or without constant reminders.
