Good standard working hours with consistent opportunities for overtime to boost earnings. The warehouse team is generally very friendly, supportive, and great to work with on a day to day basis.
Cons
The leadership culture under Managing Director Steve Beatty is highly problematic. The MD openly brings divisive political rhetoric into the workplace, creating an environment that does not feel inclusive or safe for diverse teams.
