Pros
Small org. Plenty of runway to grow the business. Good folks that care and are willing to work hard.
Cons
The owner can't decide on what 'direction' or 'strategy' looks like. It's everchanging without logical rationalization. He's a very emotional man that doesn't have experience from elsewhere and removes any good leadership that enters the org.
