      Great community ruined by terrible management

      Flexible, with a community of talented people

      Cons

      Management shows very little care about their workers as people and are not experienced enough to run a company correctly. They have no idea how to handle difficult situations in a competent way and are, at best, incredibly negligent or, at worse, willfully malicious.

      Fridays are "Investment day", where you can learn anything that could help you grow in your career and/or the company.

      Cons

      Lately, the values of "people first, clients later" that were preached by the company since the very beginning, are no longer being respected.
