Terrible and toxic work culture. You are made to feel guilty if you call in sick and you must tell the boss the exact sickness you have , no privacy. One lady had to disclose her sti to her boss. You are absolutely overworked , they expect you to stay late to meet targets regardless of your safety. Very abusive practices. Very big gossip culture. One person committed suicide my first week of being at that company. Racist , they’ll pretend to have openings in other departments but only give it to the white candidates

Sales management very unfair, uses emotions to manage, no growth within the company, management treat’s employees like high school students.
