Great work to work for. Everyone treats each other with fairness, respect, and honesty. PLAY is a place whereby authenticity is valued and people can be themselves.
Cons
Mentoring falls behind. Measurable growth plans are on the horizon but need to be refined and adjusted for each team.

Play is a great place for the ambitious and eager to learn - There are countless opportunities to grow and expand your experience in your craft. Regardless of your seniority or experience if you really want to learn something you will be given the opportunity to. Coupled with the great people you'll be working with day to day, this makes it a great place to work it! Rather sad to leave after so many years :(
Cons
Like all start-ups, they're working through a lot of growing pains - the right leadership style, the right way to evaluate performance to nay a few. But the upside is they're always open to listening to their employees
