      Pros

      You will find talented people working there. Overtime was paid for if you could twist the arm of a producer.

      Cons

      Very varied depending on which project you were assigned. No boundaries with out of office time. Heavy bro culture. High crunch. Higher management was prone to swooping in randomly on projects.

      Pros

      competent management that are passionate about the product and also care about employees, well financed, interesting projects with lost of opportunities to expand your skill set, good culture and generally fun. best games company i have worked for so far.

      Cons

      overtime is not forced but depending on timelines i sometimes do it voluntarily. Drinking culture is not too excessive but might be more than some people want. we may be doing some work with NFT's so that might be a negative depending on your views on them
