You can do nothing and receive a salary. However, no one good professional is interested in that.
Cons
Authoritarian culture. Actually, the culture is really like there is Putin working there. The company have never care about people, you can be fired for 1 day, managers will literally yell at you. No one is really care about the employees, especially it have became apparent during the War. No one care about the relocation of people, no one is trying to retain key people.
