Very relaxed environment. Easily applied and got a part-time job very quickly. Schedule was flexible. Could've easily worked full-time, but didn't need to.

Horrible pay. Most drafters get paid much more than they will pay you at PMWI. Only got fourteen dollars an hour, which is okay for the carbondale area, but still.
Didn’t care if you were late. Didn’t care if you were early. That’s really all I have to say. Company wasn’t good.
Cons
Underpaid, overworked, poor health conditions in building. Rude management. Engineers were idiots. Treated workers poorly overall. Not a good company to work for.
