Pros

Some of the nicest colleagues I have worked with, a total pleasure (Not senior)

Cons

A lot to talk about but I will keep it brief… Sub par working conditions border-lining unsafe, posing significant risks to all employees. A stark segregation between office and factory staff, creating an atmosphere of division and inequality. Salaries severely underpaid, not just myself but across the entire company. Was also a shock to find out how many staff are on minimum wage. Un-acceptable for the quality and amount of work expected. To make matters worse, employees and myself are frequently asked to perform tasks that fall far outside their job descriptions, adding to the already overwhelming workload without any additional compensation. Management is a complete failure, contributing to an unorganized and chaotic workplace. There is no clear direction or future goal for the company, leaving employees feeling uncertain and unmotivated. Yet most importantly, you question the time until you are made redundant, as the company's uncertain future threatens its very existence.

Pros

Part of a lovely team, well taken care of. Bank holidays and Christmas off, as well as weekends.

Cons

No real cons to be honest!
