      Pros

      Some lovely people Lots of flexibility in working hours can work

      Spent forever doing a migration that left us with a system that couldn't invoice all the customers automatically. Half the system doesn't work. They're constantly switching what the strategy is, mainly because all the people who knew how to run PlugSurfing as an EMP left while they spent 18 months doing a migration. Someone got put in a chokehold at the Christmas party, and the company did seemingly nothing.
