Pros

At the start of employment you would think there are sone pros, but very quickly you realize that it i none.

Cons

Communication are horible, management are two narcissists that does not know what are they doing and trying to survive in the syncing ship. Everything that they promise in the job description is a lie. The employee turnover is very high, most of them leave after few months once they recognize that all promises are lie.

Pros

* Some genuinely good people to work with ♥︎ * Early recognition for exceptional performance provides a great confidence booster -- really helps slow down the disillusionment when you start to notice what a disaster everything is * Occasional opportunities for software certifications / trainings * Variety of clientele makes for interesting work and knowledge expansion * Opportunity to take ownership of your role and do things your way (since there is no consistency across positions, teams or divisions * Wide margin for error that may or may not be caught since little time and effort goes into work / client financial review from upper management * Bill Pay roles consistently receive bonuses and don't have to clean up the hours of mess they create - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!! * Working remote means you can lie about actually working and collect a paycheck for months while your manager looses their mind

Cons

* Bonuses are an absolute JOKE - unless you're on the BP team apparently * Management is in a constant state of reactive decision making * Overworked, underpaid & undervalued people, possibly once pleasant to work with, now in a constant state of burnout & fresh out of... * Working remote means you can manage a team while they lie about actually working since there is no centralized system for project & task management, communication, etc.
