Pros

More competative pay, however, not worth what you are walking into, because in no time you will quit and leave.

Cons

When it comes to evaluating this company, it's difficult to overlook the glaring issues that persist within its management structure. The management team has consistently demonstrated a lack of competence, which has had detrimental effects on the overall functioning and success of the organization. The decision-making processes are often erratic and poorly executed, leading to a significant amount of confusion and frustration among employees. One of the most concerning aspects of this company is its high employee turnover rate. The constant departure of talented individuals can be directly attributed to the dissatisfaction that permeates throughout the organization. The lack of effective leadership and direction from management has created an environment that is demoralizing and unfulfilling for employees. This high turnover not only hampers productivity but also disrupts the formation of cohesive teams, hindering collaboration and progress. Moreover, it's evident that this company formally called TAG falls short in valuing and nurturing its employees' careers. The absence of adequate training and development opportunities was very conserning to me. In light of these serious concerns, it is advisable for individuals who respect themselves and value their career progression to look away and avoid wasting their time applying for positions within this company. The negative impact on one's professional development and overall well-being outweigh any potential benefits that may be associated with joining this organization. It is essential to prioritize finding an employer that fosters a supportive and inspiring work environment, where employees can thrive and reach their full potential.

Pros

Nice welcome gift-Only getting you ready for the Hurricane that's about to hit you.

Cons

Lack of Management None compassionate Overwhelming workload Lack of empathy Not having patience with employees Starting out with 6 clients paying a ridiculous list of bills is way too much for starters Super high turnover because it's way too much work for $23.00 an hr. This should be more like $25 or more for the stress you are put under. I had to work during my lunch most days to make sure I was caught up on work Soooooooooooo much to remember for each client you do Bill Pay for...every client is different and very needy. They did me a FAVOR letting me go!!!!! NOT FOR EVERYBODY
