Flexible timings. That's it. Nothing particular to explain

First and foremost of all, product is not that good, management is not good at all. i had lot of problems with them when i was working . Many of their clients are just going away year by year. They hire candidates who is just passed out from college and cheat them in lot of ways they don't take decisions properly. there is no proper PF or any policies implemented Worst part is HR, only god knows who is he For freshers, Its a good company and not for experienced.
